Without being obnoxious, do you have any idea how much this project is going to cost you ? That might be the best place to start ( figureing cost ) before putting welding torch to work. I think you relaize by now that no matter how little you paid for it you definitely did not steal it !
The seller likely has a big grin on his face that he was able to find a buyer !!
