Wink Re: Do-Ray fog lights

You can get repop prefocused bulbs from vendors I'm sure. Sometimes you might run across a parts stash at a swap meet or eBay. A good silver smith may be able to repair any dents or dings on the body shells. Plus, they can replate the reflector too if it needs it. There are many chrome shops out there. But, finding one that can do a good job: polish and plating can be hard. Cracks in the rims and the bodies are a different level of restoration. And I don't know of anybody who does it. Some day with a few junk shells I have. I may try filling in cracks with silver soldier. However, metallurgy is not one of my strong points. The best way to start is with NOS. Twelve, fifiteen years ago on the ..'Bay. You could find pairs of NOS fog lites for $50. Now, a NOS pair will go for $150 or more. Especially if they are high-end, quality lights.
