A few years ago an old timer walked up to my "A" and rapped on the fender and said "you know boy, they don't make 'em like they used to." I told him that the "A" has more than 20 grease fittings on it, you changed the oil every 500 miles, and tinkered with it constantly to keep it running good. Now they make a Ford that you don't need to open the hood for 50,000 miles.
But I know I'll still have my "A" when the 2020 Escape is gone. I just love to drive that car.
