How to measure for 16" wire wheel
Hey guys, how do you check if the rim your looking at is the size the guy selling it says? How do you check/ measure? Looking for some 1935, 16" wire wheels to put on my 1931 Victoria. A photo of where to lay tape ruler would be great! Thanks, Fred
