I don't think that you will ever find a photo of these wheels in a dealer showroom.
They were aftermarket, and a lot of them might have been sold and installed by the local Ford dealer. It's possible that a Ford dealer advertised and photographed the wheels, but don't bet your bippy, that you will ever find one.
