I’d make up some jumpers (even with little brass tubing, wire and tape) and see if it works. Then I’d call the guys that restore the old radios and see if they’d sell that part. Likely they’ve got something and more likely to part with it if you know it doesn’t need a rebuild. If it doesn’t work, then develop plan B.
There’s guys that do “restoration” and guys that put modern component in. Typically they’re not cheap, but it looks stock. Then there the guys that sell radios that “fit”.
