They have value as an original engine in the early bodies, but would be a problem in a later body, like a 41. Parts are more difficult to come by, rebuild cost are higher and nothing would really fit correctly (heads, intake manifold, water pumps, motor mounts, distributor, cut-out generator vs voltage regulator, fan location and type, etc). It would take a lot of work/exchanging parts to get one in a 1941 and on top of everything else, it would devalue the 41 as far as resell would go. And it would decrease performance. Can not think of any positives even if the engine was in good condition and free!
