The 9-11-1928 A I have has a single disk clutch. Was that way when I got it. I think you may need a later bell housing, clutch assembly, possibly the fly wheel. The transmission seems to the correct one as the emergency brake is by the shifter. Look at page 296 in Model A Service Bulletins.
