Yes they have grease fitting, but a wheel bearing should never be installed dry. You will never know if your grease has 100% coverage. I'm pretty sure Ford greased them while installing them onto the car at the factory, they would be foolish if they hadn't. Les Andrews book even say's to install with grease. Page 1-362 bullet point #5.

It isn't recommended to pull and grease the bearings at 500 miles, just top off at the grease fitting.

Then again, I could be wrong...
