Hi. Guys , yes the picture of the backing pads is right, I have been using them for years, they will thread right onto the threaded mandrel that is threaded into my Dotco angle grinder . I cut down one of the backing pads to 3/4" for those tight spots. Just cut the disc to about 1""The discs are available in several grits,and are good quality.Make sure you use safety glasses. Cheers
