Default Re: October 1928 Production Roadster- Matching Numbers

Original has several interpretations...this car doesn’t have it’s original factory paint and isn’t untouched from the factor original...it’s been resprayed, rebuilt and driven most of its life...when you look at the car from even 10 feet away you don’t see a bunch of reproduction parts hanging all over it. This isn’t a catalog ordered model A kit car!

I started working on the brakes and I’m gonna re-wiring the car. I have part of an original NOS wiring harness, but not I have the entire harness, i have more original parts than I need, but that’s been my source of replacements, not reproduction parts catalogs.

I used a tap to trace the threads on the backing plates where the adjusters are, and I fitted each brake with new adjusters and rods. The sun set on me before I could hook up the rods and make the necessary adjustments.
