Thank you All. I worked on it today it's driving me nuts. First, where is the flasher located and is it two or three prong? Can't find flasher? Would it be in engine compartment?i didn't look yet and book doesn't say where. I found out one thing, the operator book says it takes # 1034 bulbs having 4.6 CP. the 1157 bulbs have 24 cp? So I found one 1034 and one 1157 on the side that doesn't flash. Tomorrow I will look on good side and see what bulbs it has. Might this cause a draw problem ? And not blink. I'm not too savvy on electronics but getting better.i think. I will try the ground effect idea definitely tomorrow. Living alone now I have to split my time up for. Arious duties. In house and yard.
