You need to do this job with the body on the frame. You need to remove the old floor and subrails if they are still there. The floor goes on the frame then the subrails go on top of the floor. The upper leg of the subrail gets spot welled to the floor and the lower leg of the subrail gets spot welded to the body.Once that is done the rocker gets spot welded to the subrail and welded to the quarter post and the front post in the door opening. Before you start you need the brace the lower part of the body from inside the body
