An ARPS Snowbird, the driver's side door is usually split just below the lowermost hinge: the upper panel can still open above the track.

Each year Model T snowbirders have a get-together/meet here in Cow Hampshire. Usually one can count on at least one Model A "Quail" Snowbird in the flock. This year held at Stowe, VT. February 7,8 2015.
