Hope and pray that you never have a claim with the Hag. I did, and i wasn't impressed in the least with their service. No return calls, sent me the estimate in a check for $700 less than the repair when if they would have asked, i'd have the insurance co send the check to the shop...and road svc? The nearest contact they have for me is a mere 90 miles away. I was 1 day away from losing my license over their ineptness to not even be capable of notifying S.C. like our state law asks. If it wasn't for my constant gnawing at the bit, i would have been in deep muck over them. You don't know what kind of insurance co. you have until you need them.
