For your information, the motivation for my color combination of Folkstone Gray and black with a red Vermillion stripe came from a cover photo of Renee and Benny Frazier's 1940 ford in Dennis Carpenter's 2004 parts catalog for 1932-47 pickup parts in which the grille is painted black.
