Looking to draw from your experience. I'm making a lower corner patch for the front fender. I recall that you had welded a piece of round bar stock onto the ender to keep the shape. This corner has a sever crown and the part of the metal that folds under the fender needs a serious shrink to keep the shape of the patch to match the fender. Pics below. How did you handle that material that needed to be folded under?
