Default Re: head gasket

I have used a variety of gaskets with and without spray. The best results so far has been with the Best brand graphite gasket with spray. See https://www.snydersantiqueauto.com/p...d=979899&cat=0. It is important to have very clean surfaces that are flat and to follow the torque sequence and re-torque several times and then once a year. I filled any pits with JB weld and used 400 grit paper wrapped around a flat file to smooth after it was cured.
