[Greg way out West]

Hi Desi,



When I dissasembled the spring's from the chassie 40 year's ago I seem to remmember some kind of "Material, welting ? " on top of the spring's..There wasn't much left.. Why would Ford use it on the "T" & V8 and not the A ?. Same set up as far as the spring's go ???.
