Recently helped a friend in Australia who bought a non-running Jeep in Maryland, and needed it shipped. We both thought it would increase the cost of shipping if it couldn't be driven on/off the truck, but it turns out most shippers don't want to operate the cars because of liability. So non-runners are no problem at all.
