Why would you have to take the dizzy off??. No need to. Just remove the wire loom tube with the wires intact with the inner + outer caps,separate the I+O caps and check that way.pass side is 1,2,3,4, #'s are on the inner cap read right side up and drivers side is 5,6,7,8 read those cap #'s right side up on that side.Opposite side #'s will be upside down at that time.Make sure wires are pushed all the way into the cap towers.Probebly dosen't sound easy for a newbie,but its real simple to do.Its not in the dizzy its in the caps. ken ct.
