Default Re: Perpetual sandblasting-or-Rust never sleeps

We had a great Redi-Strip facility in Columbus Ohio 30 years ago. I had an entire frame and cab from a '53 pickup done as well as a couple flathead blocks. No other better way to clean an engine block inside and out. The process was the electrical like a chrome plating reversal,no chemicals or acid to eat at metal. I don't know why a lot of these franchises went away,I was told once it was because of the EPA and disposal of the paint and rust removed. The last couple items I took up there they ruined ,switched process to acid removal not reverse electrolis and ate up two '39 Ford convertible coupe doors.
