It is certainly doable and I know how to do it, but I certainly wouldn't. I drive my Model A daily on short errands around town. Quite often I come back to the car and there our people viewing the car. During the conversation I am asked to ahooguh the horn and I always do.
To remotely ahooguh the horn with people standing around would send a message that it is part of an alarm system and the owner does not appreciate people getting close to the car. I would not want to send that message.
