We also had many years ago, most club members had CB radios installed in their cars for touring. I had an extra external loud speaker mounted under my hood and hidden that was connected to the ext speaker output of the CB. We could watch from a distance small children come up by my car and we could then use another CB in another car to talk to the child. Are own version of Thomas the Tank Engine talking to the kids.... We all enjoyed the fun with the exchanges between the child and the old talking car.
