If most of the silver is still present you can use Medallion or Nushine silver solution to restore the original finish. They claim it will plate brass directly, but the result is pretty orange. If most of the plating is worn down to the brass you'd have to nickel plate the reflectors first (lots of online how-to videos) before using the silver solution. Probably best to buy the aluminized reflectors from Bratton's and be done with it.
