This is a Mick Isbell restored windshield wiper motor with instructions and all of the hardward; brackets, nuts/bolts/screws, arms and blades; all still in plastic except arm. Never installed, first time out of the box to take pictures. Isbell quality high point restoration. Selling well below purchase price.
