So that setup looks like its off of an old pontiac 301 turbo motor from 1980/1981.
Pretty simple, uses a quadrajet on the adapter, gets pulled into the turbo and then the outlet goes into the intake manifold. Its a "wet" setup made to move fuel through the turbo.
The stock turbo 301 intake just had a round hole where the turbo bolted up to it.
