Here is another picture of that Red & White 1957 Mercury Commuter Two Door Hardtop Wagon taken on Queensland's Gold Coast. (Unfortunately, I don't have a colour photo of this car) Note that it has been converted to Right Hand Drive, which was compulsory back then. This one also has the later Quad Headlights, as seen on the Turnpike Cruisers. Notice the after-market full wheel trims. It is just a pity that this car was chopped up, as it would be a real head turner these days.
