Default Re: Fastenal Shipping

Apparently the Fastenal trucks going to CA from the east are full. Fastenal has refused to handle shipments into CA from Texas. Shipping outbound from CA doesn't seem to be a problem. About a year ago I had a pallet shipped into CA from Oregon and Fastenal didn't balk at that.
Don't get me started on the millennials, I work for a 100 year old company that used to promote from within. Now they think it's best to hire some kid off the street who has never done the job to supervise the rest of us who actually to the work. If you point out why their instructions won't work they get mad. If you do as they instruct and it doesn't work they get mad. If they ignore a problem and it gets to the crisis stage they get mad, no matter what the problem is the workers fault in their opinion.
