I drive in an area of Missouri which is much two lane road. With that said, I pull over on occasion to let people pass. Some wave, some actually slow down to look. But, I believe they appreciate me pulling over. I have the time, Most people today are bent on speed above the speed limit anyway. I have thought about a tractor red triangle on the spare, but not sure it is legal on a car.
