You know you are being paid by " THE MAN " to do a job

right to work side deals so you can benefit / it's like working at a scrap yd. and some old flathead parts come in would it be ok for you to pull the guy off the side and offer more then the scrap yd. owner just offered.
You would be taking $$ out of his pockets,or should you go to your boss and let him know that you wanted the parts & see how much he wanted.
