You guys are better off than we are for making those. They should be 5/8" thick but we have been metric for decades so 16mm is the nearest we can get. It's very close and most use it anyway. I had mine lazer cut. The design is VERY simple and involves only the cutting of 2 circles. I have the dimensions somewhere which I am happy to post if no one else posts them first.
One circle is the outside diameter of the weight and the other, the inner circle (where it goes on the crankshaft). The two circles don't have the same centre.
I'd be surprised if there is not someone who can do that for you nearby.
