Be glad to. Chlorinated compounds such as brake cleaners decompose to become phosgene when exposed to extreme heat. The use of argon gas may also enhance the conversion by sheilding the process from exposure to the air.
Phosgene is an organic gas as is Mustard Gas, and was used extensively as an anti-personell weapon during WWI.
