The F100 Steering box sound impressive with 1/16'' to zero play. I feel for show cars original is the way to go but with 3.5'' to 4'' of play on my seven tooth (After adjustment) is a safety issue. I like modern or newer upgrades as long as they don't show.
I used the whole F100 box and column including the self cancelling turn signals.
I also have a power assist cylinder from a older Nash hooked to the pitman arm.
It is out of sight behind the splash apron.
