I have not done this, but I think that the rear axle seals can be replaced with the axle housings in the car.

The internal axles and differential can be removed in one-piece by taking off the driver's side axle housing. With this done, you can remove and replace the axle seals with new ones. While the drums are off of the car, also replace the grease seal in each brake drum hub.
