some of the waterpumps being sold are not absolutley accurate castings and need their "snout " fettling to accomodate the fan pulley area.... well I blame the w/pump but it could be the fan not being accurately made I suppose. Also I find that after a few miles the nut holding the fan onto the shaft can be tightened up a smidgin.
