thanks for the reply . mine has a slight curve to it , I needed to change glass , so I had ordered one and put it in the frame , was cleaning it and it had a crack in it , took the frame and all to a glass shop . they cut me a new glass and installed it in the frame . I put the new glass and frame in the car , being as careful as i could , every thing was fine for about three days and i was going to install the molding on the inside . another crack . talked to the glass man and he said it may be trying to bend the glass when closing the windshield . something is not right . i used one of the higher dollar bob drake gaskets and it did not fit like the old one , maybe causing the glass to try to bend . anyone tried the speedway motors windshield replacement "glass" ? getting costly .
