Welcome to the Barn and good luck with your rebuild.

First thing you need to do before getting the block acid dipped & cleaned is to get that casting sand and muck out of the water jackets. The more you can do at home, the cleaner the block will come back to you which is a good thing.

There are many threads on here as to how to do it. You can use the search function and I'll do the same and post the thread links as I find them.
