It's difficult to be conclusive, but I do not perceive a seam in the glass indicating that it is three layers (two of glass over a center of plastic), which means it is either plate or tempered glass. If there are no trademarks anywhere on the glass, then in all probability it is plate glass and should be replaced with laminated safety glass.
