Correct, and after setting the timing and tightening the cam screw be sure to apply pressure in the clockwise position to take up the freeplay to make the most accurate final adjustment. Since the advance lever allows 40* advance, which is more than the Model A needs, I don't think being off a couple degrees on initial timing is a big , but I still try to be accurate.
