I agree that joining a local club will reap a world of help. As far as where to start, I would start with getting some wood and casters and building a cart to hold the body. Once the body is off the frame it will become a much more manageable project. Frame and running gear first, then body, then reunite the two. (That is if you don't run across a better body first.)
