Use a single edge razor blade, mark it some way so the same side is always up,(it will scratch the glass if you turn it over), use some windex or similar product or a soapy water solution, keep the razor at a very low angle, and scrape away. This process will
also work with paint over spray. The secrete is to never turn the blade over.
