I believe Mike was trying to answer your question with subtle kindness, and maybe with a little humor mixed-in. I think it boils-down to the fact that Mikey's "new" book, which is pretty comprehensive, mentions nothing about an electric pump from the factory that I saw....."The Book" covering most of the criteria used when judging these old used cars.
