Hood bows here, I believe are not the same as US models.
In response to the question, do you have anything of the original? If so, just copy it. The straight piece in the middle is no brain buster but the tack material in the curved metal sleeves is another matter. A fellow in our club spent a lot of time experimenting with different glues (never use PVA when steel or iron will be in contact) and sawdust from different woods to get something that he could squeeze in there and tack to it once it set. He eventually found a combination and it's still going well.
