The bottom has dropped out of the prices.'33's roadsters are more valuable that '36's.
There have been several '33 roadsters for sale recently. One was in the high 30's and I know of another one for 25K. Both cars would need an additional 25-50 K put into them depending of what level the owner wanted.
You can buy completed cars for that kind of money and save a lot of time.
It takes detective work but they are out there and the prices seem to be declining.
I sold my '36 roadster several years ago in the mid 40 range and know that it would be hard to get that these days.
