Just use one of these rear exhaust clamps (from
Brattons)):
It looks kinda close to an original and the heat insulator will keep the exhaust pipe from rattling, but, if tightened properly (not too tight and with the cotter pin inserted), your exhaust pipe will be able to move around with the movement of your engine and the expanding and contracting from the exhaust heat.
