I've never seen a Stromberg with a vacuum base, interesting. Strombergs made their way out in 38 by ford. With the chandler then holley. Stromberg still maybe, make the best "hotrod" carb.
You can convert the loadamatic dizzy over to a mechanical advance setup. Or use a holley. Which works well.
