It is a shame that many drivers are inconsiderate and speed way beyond their ability to keep proper control of their vehicle. If a minimum has been set at 45MPH drivers should be aware that not everyone is going the same speed. Just wait till folks return to horses due to high gas prices, we will all have to be more in tune with our surroundings.
