The Ford Barn - View Single Post - Is The early 1928 Radiator shell made on?

While the radiator is out of the car I would like to take it to my local radiator shop for a cleaning and repair of a suspected leak. New to the early As was surprised to find that the shell seems crimped on to the neck. Is there a trick to separating the two ? Thanks
