When entering the section you want to post in, is your screen name shown in the upper right right below the mast head. If so, you are logged in/on.



On the left side just below the mast head, there is a small blue "box" which says "Start a New Thread". Do you see/get this? If so, you are ready to start a new thread. This is the same stuff that is on the "Questions and Suggestions" section.
